Tirana, November 7, 2024
The Western Balkan Fund has recently awarded the Council of Albanian Ambassadors as a regional project leader. The project will provide diplomatic skills to the Social Society representatives from our region.
In partnership with the Council of Ambassadors of North Macedonia, Atlantic Council of Bosnia and Hercegovina (ACBiH), the Institute for Sustainable Democratic Development in Kosova, and the New Horizon in Montenegro we have designed an inclusive agenda for representatives of CSO of all levels and backgrounds.
Two workshops will be organized in implementing the project. The first Workshop will take place in Skopje, North Macedonia, January 22&23, 2025, followed by a second one in Tirana, on February 6&7, 2025.
The two-day program will aim to equip civil society representatives with the skills and techniques necessary for effective diplomatic communication, enabling them to engage more productively with government officials, international organizations and other key stakeholders, in a national and multinational context.
We have just completed the first round of meetings and consultations with our partners in region and will be soon providing with online link for call for participants, as well the full agenda and venues.
The Council of Albanian Ambassadors would like to take this opportunity to thank the Western Balkan Fund and European Union for the opportunity to contribute with our extensive experience to the Strengthening dialogue with civil society for enhanced communication and cooperation in the Western Balkan region.
